Pittsburgh Pirates first baseman Ryan O’Hearn has set a new franchise record by driving in 10 runs during a historic performance against the Atlanta Braves at PNC Park.

The recent free-agent signing achieved the remarkable feat by hitting three home runs on Tuesday evening, beginning with a first-inning grand slam.

He launched his initial four-run blast off Atlanta starter Hurston Waldrep, before adding a three-run shot against the same pitcher in the third inning.
