Liverpool and PSG join race to sign Aston Villa midfielder Morgan Rogers

Liverpool and Paris St-Germain have joined the pursuit of Aston Villa’s Morgan Rogers, rivalling Manchester United and Arsenal for the midfielder’s signature.

The Ligue 1 champions have reportedly been monitoring the 23-year-old throughout the current campaign.

Liverpool are also now keen on securing the Englishman, intensifying competition alongside Premier League rivals Manchester United and Arsenal.

Representatives for the player are understood to be aware of the mounting interest from Europe’s elite.

However, Rogers is contracted at Villa Park until 2031, meaning a significant transfer fee would be required to force a move.
